While on route to our accommodation yesterday we received an email to say our hotel was closed due to no heating or hot water. I was advised by the hotel that you would refund this. Please can you advise.

My husband took ill ,we overlooked date on voucher
Phoned customer service who was very polite ,she the proceeded to I inform me there is nothing she could do it would be to the discretion of raddison red themselves if they would let us use voucher. Our name,voucher code was taken, we where told by the lady from customer service she would get onto raddison red and it was up to them if they phoned us back to resolve issue. We gave yet to hear from them.

Afternoon tea voucher could t be used as fletcher of stirling couldn't do gluten free and wouldn't give me a baked potato in its place. Thought that was poor.
